Located in a picturesque area of northern Singapore, Kandis Residences comprises 130 apartments spread across four residential buildings – one three-story and three seven-story. The project is based on the concept of 'houses in the forest,' presenting a green and meticulously landscaped oasis tailored for modern urban living.

From the open and welcoming facade to the water feature serving as a backdrop for the planting zone, the development is rich in natural elements. Residential blocks are carefully arranged, alternating with multi-layered landscapes and amenities including a large pool with beach area, vertical playground, and street fitness zones. Spaces between the blocks are connected by a linking node featuring cozy courtyards, sports areas, and landscaped pathways.

The residential blocks are equipped with contemporary box-frame systems that complement the clean and elegant facade. The overall color palette of the project is soft, with warm and calming tones that reinforce the tranquil atmosphere of this thriving green oasis. Apartment layouts vary from one to three bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed with clean floor plans and understated interiors. Interior spaces mirror the geometric forms and facade details, adding unity and character to each unit. Bedrooms mostly face the front of the building, while kitchens and bathrooms open onto internal courtyards, creating a bright and airy home atmosphere.
