K. Por House by Sute Architect

The K. Por House is a stunning modern residence designed by Sute Architect. Over 5,700 square feet of living space offers much: a wonderful terrace with pool and impeccable landscape design.

Miss Por's house is a modern steel structure home. Located in the middle of a field, this was the first element considered during the design process for Miss Por's home. The house features 3 bedrooms, a family house in a large rice mill surrounded by fields offering 360-degree views and a steel structure that saves time and labor costs during construction.

The design concept starts with the idea that wind can flow through it. The house is designed in a U-shape to allow airflow and create cool air at the front of the building, allowing people to sit all day. The living room is positioned at the front of the house. The back part of the house features a rear veranda courtyard where the family can sit and enjoy the field in the evening, using the building as a shaded area, making it a relaxing space and ensuring airflow both in front and behind the house thanks to an open corridor. Inside, windows can be opened for continuous fresh air throughout the day.

Despite its modern style, the house looks great among the fields and is contemporary for today's standards.
