Modular Country House Smuga Near Minsk
Modular country house Smuga near Minsk
Studio ZROBYM architects developed the design of a modular country house Smuga with an area of 68 square meters on the premises of the dacha cooperative "Uzgor'e" in Minsk district, Belarus.
The project combines features of a traditional Belarusian house with a gable roof and elements of Scandinavian asceticism.
The cottage is built on an insulated Swedish plate, and the facade and interior finishes combine cedar and Scandinavian larch wood.
The enchanting scent of natural wood and the refined pattern formed by boards arranged at different angles create an unforgettable atmosphere in the house.
Also important is the panoramic glazing that allows you to observe another unique feature of the cottage — an apple tree growing right in the middle of the terrace.
Main living spaces are located on the first floor; the attic offers additional areas for guests and a small office.
