A 627-square-meter residence designed by A Parallel Architecture studio, its form aligns with the organic character of the site, offering a blend of transparency and durability.
The central part of the house is glazed, showcasing the exposed structural system of rhythmic steel beams that organize the main spatial zones.
A warm material palette, including oak, teak, and cedar wood, provides a gentle contrast to glass and stone, creating a relaxed atmosphere of tranquility that was essential for the homeowner.
The landscape design is tastefully executed and includes many amenities such as a large boat dock, fishing pier, sandy beach, and technical facilities.
