House on the Lake Jura Shore in Switzerland
A private house MW was designed by the architectural studio Ralph Germann for a family with a child and is located on the shore of the picturesque Lake Jura in the eponymous valley in Switzerland. The clients wanted all main rooms to have windows facing the lake, as well as for the modern dwelling to be built within a reasonable budget.
Using this construction method, architects were able to reduce both costs and construction time, minimizing the impact on the environment.
The studio Ralph Germann also designed tables, shelves, and wardrobes using birch veneer, while the dining tables were crafted from larch wood for both interior and outdoor spaces.
