Country House by HVOYA Architecture Bureau

The HVOYA Architecture Bureau implemented a country house project in the village of Pribylovo, Leningrad Oblast. The 183 square meter residence was built on the shore of a bay, while local regulations required its placement at the back of the plot on a relatively small area. This led to the creation of a compact three-story house oriented toward a panoramic view.

Four bedrooms are located on the second floor, and the top floor houses a studio with a large window offering a calming view of calm waters.
