The owner of this house on Long Island in the USA is a big fan of romantic Nancy Meyers movies ("The Holiday", "Love Actually"). Therefore, when she and her husband exchanged their small two-bedroom apartment in New York for a large country estate before the birth of their first child, she really wanted the interiors to resemble the homes of the heroines from her favorite films.
