House in Kyiv by the Architecture Group TEC

Located in the closed cottage town of GoodLife Park in Kyiv, this 220 square meter house was designed and realized by the architecture group TEC. Architects Antonina Kaplia and Yuri Lariyonov transformed one of four standard houses into an individual residence.

The interior of the residence is executed in soft tones: a mint sofa in the living room, light wooden floors and curtains made to order according to individual design. Dining tables in the living room and bedroom are also custom-made. The rusty lamp above the island and the mesh on the island itself are also individual designs.
