该住宅位于基辅封闭式别墅小镇GoodLife Park，占地220平方米，由建筑团队TEC设计并实现。建筑师阿尼季娜·卡普利亚和尤里·拉里奥诺夫将四栋标准房屋中的一栋改造成独立住宅。

住宅内部采用柔和色调：客厅中的薄荷绿沙发、定制的木质地板和窗帘，均根据个性化设计制作。客厅和卧室中的餐桌也是定制款。岛台上的锈色灯具及岛台本身均为个性化设计。
