The construction gives the impression of a monolithic glass cube, bounded on all four sides by solid wooden surfaces. This is achieved through the use of reinforced concrete construction in combination with Schüco structural glazing and larch-clad panels. The wood is impregnated with a special composition that protects against ultraviolet radiation, but does not prevent natural aging.

In the western part of the plot, facing the road, there is a parking area and entrance to the house. On the first floor are the garage, hallway, storage room, boiler room, and exit from the sauna to an open terrace with a pool. On the second floor are two bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchen-dining room. The fireplace was designed in accordance with the proportions of the house facade. The lower part of the fireplace is a hanging stainless steel sheet above the floor.
