Perfect Villa in Hollywood

Project bureau Arshia Architects presented the MU77 villa, built on Mulholland Drive, one of the most famous streets in Hollywood, USA. The stunning 465 square meter residence stands out for its modern design, which emerged from a creative approach to solving territorial constraints and strict regulations. The villa is well integrated into the surrounding landscape, with its unusual geometry echoing the terrain's contours and accounting for sudden elevations on the rocky site. It is slightly lowered relative to the road level, thus not blocking the panoramic view and complying with local legislation. The private part of the mansion, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and a study, is designed on the upper level, while the living room and entertainment areas are located on the floor below, with access to a terrace overlooking an endless pool.
