Luxury Manor in Kharkiv by Drozdov&Partners18 photos

Architectural bureau Drozdov&Partners designed this private house in Kharkiv, Ukraine. The stylish residence with an area of 488 square meters is located on a hilly terrain among low-rise rural-type development of the late XIX — early XX century. The layout of the manor maintains a clear balance between common and private zones. Three independent blocks were created for the convenience of all family members, with each having its own autonomous zone.

The youngest generation is provided with studios with separate entrances and private terraces. The common block with a summer living room in the central part of the residence is designed for communication and relaxation. The entrance hall, garage, and auxiliary rooms occupy the lower floor formed by the difference in levels on the site. A pavilion on the roof of the house offers a view over the city center and the nearby church. This pavilion serves as a lookout platform, office, and guest room. The internal courtyard of the manor is designated as a lounge area with a pool.
