Modern Mansion in Kharkiv by Sbm Studio

A modern mansion designed by the architectural bureau Sbm studio is not located in sunny Brazil, as it might seem at first glance, but in Kharkiv, Ukraine. This remarkable residence with a total area of 460 square meters was created for a family with two daughters and is situated in a picturesque area. The architects aimed to make it as open and stylish as possible, wanting the mansion to blend with nature.

Almost all rooms in the house offer views of a birch grove and a lake. The house's facade is a harmonious combination of basalt stone and glass, while the interior blends natural materials with modern furniture. On the first floor are designed a covered pool, living room, dining room, kitchen, and a main bedroom combined with a bathroom, wardrobe, and laundry room. A covered terrace allows enjoying outdoor relaxation in any weather. The garden features a grotto that has become the favorite spot not only for children but also for all family members and their guests. On the second floor of the residence, there are three bedrooms with bathrooms and a shared wardrobe.
