Quiet Male Loft in Moscow (40 sq. m)
In this small apartment on the top floor of a new Moscow residential complex, the Nikolsky House, every detail has been thought through to perfection, as 40 sq. m of space had to be designed for a business man's comfortable living. Among the client's must-have preferences was the separation of private and public zones, since the owner planned to host meetings and receive guests here. This required precise planning down to the millimeter, thus many furniture items were custom-made. The interior also incorporated some «smart» space-saving techniques, including a wardrobe under the staircase leading to the loft. Overall, designers from Krauze Architects have done an excellent job and created a truly harmonious and stylish loft space in a calm color palette. Great!
