When journalist Maria Ferrez and her husband first saw this 75 sqm apartment in one of the skyscrapers in São Paulo, Brazil, it had one large open space with only the bathroom separated. Despite the popularity of open floor plans lately, the family asked a designer to divide the space into rooms to have a kitchen, living room, and bedroom in the classical sense. The interior design features elements of the loft style (concrete surfaces, black walls, metal details) and vibrant paintings. The result is stylish and functional!
