Modern apartment of a journalist in São Paulo (75 m²)

When journalist Maria Ferraz and her husband first saw this 75 m² apartment in one of the skyscrapers in São Paulo, Brazil, it had one large open space, with only the bathroom separated. Despite the popularity of open layouts in recent years, the family asked a designer to divide the space into rooms to have a kitchen, living room, and bedroom in the classical sense. The interior design is dominated by loft style elements (concrete surfaces, black walls, metal details) and vibrant paintings. The result is stylish and functional!
