Loft Instead of a Jelly Factory in Poland

The architectural firm Loft Szczecin transformed a former jelly factory warehouse into a stylish residential space in the city of Szczecin, Poland. The historic premises required complete renovation. In the originally open space, four rooms were designated — a living room with a kitchen, bedroom, office, and bathroom. Architects preserved the historical wooden floors, which were restored and became a unique feature of the residence alongside ceilings, walls, arched vaults, and large windows. All kitchen furniture was designed and created by Loft Szczecin. The countertops are made of white marble, and the furniture pieces are crafted from plywood. The rest of the decor features antique furniture and lighting from the 1950s–1960s from Denmark, Czechia, Poland, and the Netherlands. A Polish carpet from the 1930s was used to decorate the apartment.
