Industrial Loft with Large Terrace in Salt Lake City

When City Home Collective took on the renovation of this former industrial, now magnificent residential space in the heart of Salt Lake City, the task was simple — restore the original industrial character of this loft. The brick building was constructed in 1925 for an automotive company but was recently converted into private living quarters. Designers had to remove or demolish many elements left behind by previous owners to highlight the pristine beauty of the original brick and concrete structures. The result is very stylish!
