Penthouse with terrace in Madrid11 photos

Project studio ÁBATON carried out a full renovation of a typical old house in the heart of Madrid, Spain. The dark space with many separate rooms totaling 180 square meters was transformed into a bright and modern residence with views of a picturesque park. The penthouse living area features a relaxation zone, dining room, and kitchen, all integrated for convenience. From here, there is access to an open terrace where architects installed a fountain to reduce noise from the city street. Bedrooms and bathrooms are designed in the rear part of the residence, offering a sufficient level of privacy and seclusion.
