The apartment with a total area of 250 square meters is located on the green slopes of the Dnieper River in Kyiv, offering one of the city's best panoramic views. The living room windows overlook Mariinsky Park, while bedroom views reveal the domes of the Assumption Cathedral in the Kyivo-Pecherska Lavra. The interior design was developed by architects Slava Balbek and Sasha Ivashiv. They created several functional zones, including a living room, dining area, and kitchen, two separate bedrooms with walk-in closets, a shared bathroom, a guest toilet, and a guest wardrobe. The residence interior is styled in urban loft. Natural materials and colors were predominantly used in the décor, contrasted with playful elements — a sink made from a fuel barrel and a melted countertop in the utility bathroom. Nearly all interior elements were individually designed and manufactured in Ukraine.
