Kiev Loft of a Young Lawyer20 photos

Architects Igor Martin and Olga Novikova, representing the studio MARTINarchitects, realized the Loft if Loft project. The 115 sq. meter apartments are located in Kiev, Ukraine. The residence belongs to a young and energetic lawyer who likes to gather with friends and play board games once a week. The project is executed in the loft style using many characteristic techniques. The apartment is in a new building with a view of the city center. The main feature of this project is the furniture and decorative elements made by Ukrainian craftsmen, companies, and designers. This project features Igor Martin's furniture, developed for the company HIS. The interior is slightly selfish and openly masculine, despite all necessary arrangements being made for the future homeowner. The apartment is also equipped with a "smart home" system, where all commands are executed via the owner's personal phone.
