From a 14th-century monastery and summer residence of King Alfonso XIII to a family home. Magnificent! Let's take a look.

What happens when your house has seven centuries of history? When it was once a monastery! Or even a summer residence of King Alfonso XIII.

The house we enter today has 700 years of history, underwent two renovations, and is inspired by the World Ocean. A summary capable of impressing everyone. But

its owner did not feel intimidated at all. Truth be told: he didn't even know he would end up living in a 14th-century monastery. But love was stronger.
