Perfume Atelier by REDA

The perfume atelier was created by REDA as a flexible and productive workspace in line with the new standards of normal work.

The Perfume Atelier project became a realization of a visionary and innovative office concept, transforming into an energetic space within the framework of new working norms.

The perfume atelier, also designed by REDA as a shop-office in 2016, was renovated in March 2022 to accommodate current working functions and client needs shaped by the new standards of normal work.

The use of 'Hot Desks,' which can be utilized by expanding client teams during their office visits, was introduced. This flexible workspace, focused on 'using the office when one feels productive,' positively impacts employee satisfaction. As usage by staff increased, areas for diverse spatial utilization were added. These zones include a round table for meetings and a relaxation area for quick team briefings.

Alongside private rooms for partners and adjacent service areas, a compact workspace organization was created within 180 sq m, taking into account numerous aspects of the client's working habits.
