Prices for sauna log cabins vary. For example, a ready-to-install five-wall cabin of standard size starts from $6,000. The price includes:

the cabin itself 5x4 m;
floor joists;
ceiling beams;
roofing material;
wainscoting for gables;
interstitch insulation;
floor and ceiling cladding;
doors and windows without hardware;
foundation blocks.

This is the standard kit for ready-made log cabins. The price also includes delivery up to 100 km, unloading, foundation installation, cabin assembly, and chinking.

The standard ready-to-assemble cabin price does not include stove fabrication, utility connections, or interior finishing. These services are always calculated separately and paid as individual items.

Payment Terms

Payment for the log cabin is usually made in installments according to this scheme:

construction companies require a first advance payment of 50% of the total cost, as specified in the cost estimate. Funds are used for purchasing materials;

the second installment is 25% of the total project cost. The payment is made by the client when on-site assembly work begins;

the third installment of 15% is paid upon completion of the first floor;

the remaining 10% of the cost estimate is paid to the contractor upon approval and signing of the Acceptance Certificate for completed work.
