We published designer projects all month long — so different yet cozy in their own way. We've selected five of the most atmospheric bedrooms that are sure to appeal to everyone.

A bedroom is one of the most important rooms in an apartment. Here you can relax and restore your energy before the next day. Take a look at how designers decorate bedrooms in their projects and get inspired with us.

Small Bedroom in Dark Tones

Designer Ekaterina Ulanova came up with a solution for fitting a bedroom into just 29 square meters: she separated it from the common space with a metal and glass partition. When closed and with blackout curtains, it completely isolates the bedroom.

Despite its small size, it was decorated in a dark gray color palette. The walls were left with concrete (only slightly polished and coated with a protective layer). Thanks to large windows, the room is well-lit and doesn't look cramped. This effect is enhanced by glossy paint used on the window surface and sills.

Light Bedroom for a Student

To use the space functionally, designers from Lauri Brothers turned part of the bedroom into a bathroom and separated it with a glass partition. If needed, a heavy curtain can be drawn to hide the bathroom from view.

The rest of the bedroom was set up as a wardrobe — also closed with powder-blue curtains. These match the headboard of the bed and blend perfectly with the gray walls.

Small Bedroom with Bright Accents

How to add color to a white interior? Fill it with vibrant accents — designer Svetlana Gavrilova focused on a bed with a bright headboard and colorful textiles. This approach draws attention away from the tight space.

To save space, the area by the window was turned into a desk with drawers and shelves. A mirror is also placed here, so you can get ready in the morning. Additional lighting was not needed — there's enough natural light by the window.

Light Mini-Bedroom Behind Glass

To find a place for a bedroom in the apartment, designer Marina Merenkova separated part of the living room with a glass partition. The mini-bedroom was decorated in white tones to add airiness to the interior. There was just enough space for a double bed and a small IKEA dresser. Still, the space feels cozy — it's the perfect place to rest after a hard day.

Cozy Bedroom in Beige Tones

Designer Natalia Preobrazhenskaya chose neutral beige tones for the bedroom decor. To avoid making the interior look dull, she focused on printed wallpaper — it immediately added a mood to the room. Small bright details in blue and turquoise also helped diversify the setting — they were introduced into the interior in measured amounts to avoid overloading.
