Yuesheng-Yanyuan Brand Experience Center by JINDESIGN
In 2022, a thriving cluster emerged in Shanghai led by the Huawei and Yuesheng·Yanyuan industrial parks, reflecting the region's industrial strength. Located near Shanghai Railway Station, a key node in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei corridor, these projects quickly connect information, human resources and assets, creating a robust spatial industrial network.
Multi-dimensional Connectivity
Creating an Industrial Ecosystem Node
In July 2022, after months of hard work, JINDESIGN completed the Yuesheng·Yanyuan project — a vertically integrated area within its center. Serving as the main interface of the new district, it concentrates advanced and high-quality industrial resources including the Digital Industry of New District Shanghai, internet economy incubator, and residential services.
Yuesheng·Yanyuan, located around an artificial lake, uses panoramic views of Shanghai Railway Station and New District, offering a vibrant, intelligent and multi-dimensional connected space. From the urban lounge serving coffee after lunch to connecting with the developing residential landscape of New District Shanghai and industrial ecosystem, Yuesheng·Yanyuan forms a vision of future spatial integration between industry and life with warmth, flexibility, sustainability and strong connections.

Domain Concept
Open, Connected, Boundless
In an era where high-quality development is the main trend in real estate, Yuesheng·Yanyuan tightly connects city, industry and people as an island in a metropolitan node near the new district and surrounded by an artificial lake. The combination of digital industry, developing residential landscape and nature means an inevitable rebirth of life filled with unprecedented energy.
Its non-linear architectural forms define unconventional interior spaces. Through vertical connectivity, designers create an internally coherent, freely flowing three-dimensional interactive space where functions blend smoothly. Except for the white structural columns, functional zones are defined by flexible low walls and facades, highlighting richness of diversity and open usage through spatial dynamics caused by deformation.
Shanghai Railway Station, as a key transportation hub in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, gives multiple geographical values to Yuesheng·Yanyuan. This multifunctional complex originating from an integrated area serves as the foundation for residential and industrial development. Resource connections, information exchange, inter-industry meetings and public-private partnerships thrive here. Yanyuan not only serves enterprises, experts and entrepreneurs of the New District but also synergistically interacts with government and investors for industrial development.

Functional Connectivity
Free Rhythm in Interactive Arena
In the center of the circular exhibition area, the first floor smoothly connects all leisure and meeting spaces including LALUNA — the group's own coffee brand. External corridors connect lake views with interiors, protecting from urban noise and anxiety. Whether for meetings or relaxation, Yanyuan offers the opportunity to enjoy a cup of coffee.
A one-floor open layout consists of independent blocks with various functions such as coffee, meetings, events, reading and lounges. These blocks are rhythmically connected forming an interactive full area. Due to flexible reconfiguration, each block adapts to future functional requirements making it a project for repeated use.
The second floor expands the layout creating more semi-covered and enclosed zones for deep meetings adding clarity to minimalist business attributes. The general library is located between private reading rooms and the common library, creating a relaxed yet organized intertwining of functional spaces. External terraces and interior are perfectly connected blending the boundary between internal and external spaces creating a dynamic, smooth and rich spatial experience.

Design Value
The Call of the Digital City
Indoor living room is a private and intimate place, while the urban lounge outside home is a center for meetings and exchange. Moreover, Yuesheng·Yanyuan as a union of future city and digital industry ignites connections between city, industry, people and information in the multi-dimensional area.
With its precisely coordinated open and free spatial concept, it offers reusable commercial value for operators, embodying the potential that incubator internet celebrities actively developed by Yuesheng group brings. Multi-dimensional areas infuse the city with energy, and innovative construction methods anticipate a future urban and communal ecosystem based on inclusivity, collaborative creation and interaction.
The digital city calls for more such spaces: places with warmth, sustainability, deep engagement in urban life, maximum inclusivity and resilience, as well as effective connectivity — like a smart living system — the shared vision of real estate owners and designers in Yanyuan.
