Casa da Quinta da Marinha by Enter Arquitectura

Along the coast of Cascais, on the western side of Lisbon and within Sintra's Natural Park, a stunning modern villa was designed in a typical Portuguese Riviera landscape: Casa da Quinta da Marinha.

This area, known for its majestic estates, palaces, and luxurious villas, has been designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is one of the most exclusive and expensive real estate markets. It's also renowned for its high living standards, consistently making it one of the best places to live in Portugal.

The villa, designed by Enter Arquitectura, is based on a logic of clearly defined vertical planes that structure and organize the interior spaces of the house, while also creating two horizontal levels that highlight the interplay between indoor and outdoor areas.

The materials and colors were chosen to achieve perfect harmony with the surrounding environment. Similarly, access to the underground garage area was designed to minimize visual impact, which is why architects chose IdealPark's disappearing car lift IP1-CM MOB.

The lift serves as an alternative to a ramp, combining functionality and aesthetics while preserving all external areas for gardens or courtyards.

The lift cover is made from the same material as the surrounding area, ensuring a completely invisible result. It can also serve as an additional parking zone.

The installation of a surveillance system and virtual security perimeter with photocells allowed for an open space around the lift, free of unsightly fencing.

Thanks to IdealPark's car lift, the villa owner can safely and comfortably park their classic car in the underground garage.
