Ruiz House by LR Arquitectura

The Ruiz House is an impressive modern residence designed by the architectural studio LR Arquitectura. This minimalist home is located in Los Gabilianes, Mexico, and offers over 2500 square feet of bright white living spaces with numerous glazed surfaces that let in natural light.

Modern minimalist house with smooth white facades, contemporary architectural design and well-maintained surroundings at sunset.

The clarity of the project's architecture allows us to appreciate the composition of its key elements, the result of an analysis focused on improving the quality of life for its inhabitants. This is achieved to maximize benefits through appropriate regulation of climatic conditions.

The project is located in a suburban residential zone in the southern part of the Metropolitan Zone of Guadalajara. It consists of two overlapping volumes that meet two needs: private use and service functions. On one hand, the openness between volumes takes advantage of climatic conditions and sunlight in a low-density residential setting, fulfilling needs for ventilation, lighting, and visual perception. On the other hand, tenant privacy is prioritized, so service areas minimize their impact on the external environment.

Overall, this project is the result of a careful and honest process based on client needs. It successfully balances natural and urban environmental conditions, conveying individual development through its volumes.
