N26 Residence | WARchitect | Bangkok, Thailand
Innovative N26 Residence project by architect WARchitect in Bangkok is a representation of modern architecture and harmonious interaction with nature.
The N26 Residence project, designed by architect WARchitect, represents the pinnacle of modern architecture in Bangkok. Located in the tranquil area of Hlong Kham, this luxury private house with an area of 750 sq.m. combines exquisite design and innovative space usage. A large plot of 282 sq.m. allows for a spacious layout while maintaining a harmonious connection between indoor spaces and the surrounding natural environment.
Unique Architectural Concept: Elegant Resort Style
Inspired by a resort living model, the N26 Residence project is characterized by an unique L-shaped layout that smoothly connects the upper and lower levels, creating a spacious and bright atmosphere within the house. The skillful use of corner windows ensures maximum natural light and panoramic views of the garden and open spaces. Several decorated gardens around the house offer diverse perspectives, making every point inside the dwelling a cozy corner.
Double Access and Functional Layout
The house is designed with practicality in mind, providing dual access: from the front and rear. The back entrance is convenient for parking up to four cars, while the front one is intended for pedestrian access to the house. Entering through the main gates, guests get an overview of the entire building where the bold angular design stands out.
A distinctive feature of the house's architecture is its expressive C-shaped structure, constructed using a C-profile steel frame. This modern design element gives the building a sharp and clean appearance, while the interior finishing is made from warm teak wood, creating a balance between modern style and natural warmth. The first floor with the C-shaped structure includes an office and a gym, both with stunning views of the pool and garden. The living room on the second floor extends 6 meters above the pool, creating a striking and unusual silhouette.
Spacious Living Areas and Stunning Views
The main living room of the N26 Residence project is equipped with large sliding glass doors that fully open to let in cool air and natural light. The backyard is designed in a minimalist style with a well-maintained lawn and stone elements, creating a sense of tranquility that corresponds to the strict rectangular format of the pool. The rear part of the house is styled in a natural landscape style, with a waterfall and rich vegetation, creating a cozy relaxation area harmonizing with the overall architectural concept.
The interior decoration of the house continues the theme of natural materials, using real wood throughout. The living room features bookmatch stone panels, especially around the TV wall, where double-height spaces create a majestic and elegant atmosphere. Carefully selected stone slabs form a continuous pattern, adding sophistication to the design.
Luxury and Nature in Perfect Harmonious Connection
The N26 Residence project is the perfect combination of luxurious modern design and nature. With expansive windows, an open layout, and integrated landscape design by Romruen Landscape, the house offers a quiet, cozy retreat combining grandeur and comfort. From stunning pool views to carefully selected interior design and picturesque gardens, every detail of the house is thoughtfully crafted for a space that is both beautiful and functional.
