Petri Terraces is one of the most interesting suburbs of Brisbane, established in 1842 and distinguished by a large number of cultural heritage objects. This building has mostly preserved its original form without changes, although it has significantly deteriorated over time. The architects from REFRESH*DESIGN encountered several limitations when designing modern offices in Princess Precinct. They had to ensure the preservation of as much of the building as possible, updating key elements such as stairs and doors to meet current building codes.
