Industrial Style and Bold Mid-Century: Stylish The Hoxton Hotel in Portland18 photos
Recently, The Hoxton hotel opened in the Chinatown area of Portland. The hotel is located at the beginning of the Chinese quarter, in a building from 1906. The interior design balances between industrial style and mid-century style, all with a predominance of deep autumn tones. In the lobby and bar, designers preserved wooden supports, concrete columns, and original brickwork. The combination of old and new is a distinctive feature of the interior design of this hotel chain. Guests have access to 119 cozy rooms, a bar and restaurant, and in the future, hotel owners plan to make it a hub for the local community: presentations, lectures, masterclasses, and musical performances will take place here.
