Eclecticism of the 50s: Hollywood Sands Hotel22 photos

The old hotel was located here, in Indian Wells on Hollywood Hills, since the 1950s, but much water has flowed since then, and the building, as well as its interiors, needed serious renovation. After recent reconstruction, it is now a luxurious and unique Sands Hotel with 46 rooms. The project's creator, Martin Lawrence-Bullard, is known for his love of eclectic and bold interiors — this concept was realized here as well. Sands features both interiors in the style of Moroccan riads and rooms where the spirit of the 1950s lives on: vibrant colors, graphic prints, gold elements, and recognizable furniture of that era. The inner courtyard with a pool looks like sets from classic Hollywood movies. Very atmospheric!
