Designer Gerard Puxhe developed a new carpet pattern for modern interior. The Yuu Rug project won a bronze medal at the European Product Design Award in the home products/textile/flooring category. The Yuu carpet is the result of a graphic experiment inspired by light from a ceiling lamp. It creates a visual shadow effect even when the light source is off.
