Loft Interior in Switzerland Inspired by Chanel13 photos
This loft in Zurich was converted from an industrial space into living quarters in the 1980s, and since then the interior has not been updated. The architect Daniel Taddeem faced an important task: to make the space as bright as possible, even on the second floor where there are no windows. Therefore, the bathroom was designed to be transparent, enclosed in a glass cube. The small space under the kitchen floor was also made of glass—fully transparent and allowing light to pass through. The color palette here is modest: white, black, gray, and noble red. And what does Chanel have to do with it? Well, during the project creation, the architect jokingly said that installing glass panels and windows with black frames was inspired by Chanel's famous black-and-white costumes. But in every joke, there is a grain of truth—the interior turned out as elegant and strict as the style of the famous designer. Excellent!
