Examples of design like this take us deep into culture and history, then immediately bring us back, a kind of design tour that is rich in cultural content. One such interior is now right before our eyes — an incredibly interesting apartment in Paris. Let's start by saying that some elements of Gothic style (which sounds rather unusual) are present here, giving the interior a specific romanticism mixed with infernal moods. Gothic is highlighted by the inclusion of delicate lines (ornate details of the interior, fittings, thin chains). Where black forged steel is used, warm light or butterflies are inevitably present. This significantly softens the overall slightly harsh tone of the main rooms. High ceilings and Renaissance-style moldings inspire the space. On the other hand, loft in its most natural form is implemented here in a light interpretation, adding coziness to the overall design. Wooden stumps-stools and untreated wood combined with porcelain utensils take us from the Renaissance back to modernity, that is, from the living room to the kitchen. Bright details made of plastic or fabric (stool, cushions) insistently remind us that we are in the 21st century, which means all of this is nothing but high-level professional work by a true artist-designer.
