Studio Diego Revollo Arquitetura presented the design of a kitchen for a penthouse of a young bachelor in São Paulo, Brazil. The 33 square meter space features a kitchen island that is almost 4.5 meters long. The island consists of a white block suspended from the ceiling by black metal structures, providing a sense of lightness that allows it to blend into the social area without overwhelming it. The kitchen is completed by a line of mustard-colored cabinets with smooth surfaces and black elements, while a lattice block made from solid tauraí wood is installed on the side. The honey-colored tone and natural texture of the wood add warmth to this part of the apartment, separating the entrance area.
