The area of this bungalow in California is only 50 sq. m, but there are probably twice as many terraces and relaxation zones under the open sky around the house. Each room (there are two of them here — living room-kitchen and bedroom) has its own exit to the street, as well as its own set of cozy outdoor furniture. You will agree that it's nice to wake up in the morning and go straight onto the terrace to have a cup of coffee in fresh air, especially since the weather in this part of the USA allows you to do this all year round! In addition, there is also an "open-air living room" on the premises — a place where the hosts entertain guests and spend most of their time at home. A great place to live!
