The homeowners, a senior couple, wanted to restore the home's former grandeur and dreamed of a simple yet expressive interior. Almost all floors were tiled with basic terrazzo tiles, while the kitchen was given a touch of character — an arch was installed above the stove, and Spanish tiles with hand-painted designs were chosen for the backsplash.

The house has a rich history, with many architectural elements over decades old — such as exposed beam ceilings, a fireplace, wooden gates, and an entrance door. The furniture looks vintage but is mostly made from modern materials in a classic style. A neutral color palette highlights the texture and tone of wood, while green accents refresh the space.
