The owner of this unique villa on Lake Como originally intended to turn it into a restaurant and even commissioned an architectural project, but the idea was never realized. Recently, the family of owners decided that the house could become their wonderful summer residence, so they asked the local studio Nomade to redesign it for living. The original stone masonry, particularly the luxurious arches and vaulted ceilings, make this house extraordinary and one of a kind. And all in such a stunning location!
