Designer of this country house in Melbourne showed how beautifully wood can be used. The plot and the building itself occupy a small area, but everything important for the owners was arranged here: a thoughtfully designed kitchen and living room area, a large bathroom, and a compact backyard. Wood was integrated into the facade cladding, walls, and ceilings, and custom furniture was made. Wooden elements blend excellently here with metal and marble. The special touch to the interior is provided by plants — it was important for the owners to preserve trees and shrubs around the house as much as possible, as well as select new decorative and outdoor plants. Thanks to large windows, the house gives an impression of being lost somewhere in the jungle rather than in urban space — an impressive project!
