An impressive ski lodge in Switzerland, renovated over three years
In the village of La Punt-Chamuesch in Switzerland, only 700 people live, surrounded by the Alps, forests, and mountain rivers. This 550 sqm house has a long history—various parts were built between 1770 and 1930. The new owners inherited the lodge in poor condition, and the complete renovation took three years. But the result surpassed all expectations: the designer created a timeless ski lodge that honors traditional mountain architecture from past centuries while fully equipping it for comfortable living in the 21st century. The owners love hosting guests here—no surprise, as the home is perfectly set up for cozy evenings and relaxation after conquering ski slopes. A true alpine fairy tale!
