Beautiful Modern Country Interior in Former Barn in England
Repurposing old industrial or utility spaces into residential homes is a wonderful tradition in European countries. This barn in Kotswals, England, found new life after a major renovation. The owners were determined to preserve the spirit and history of the place while not compromising on comfort. The designer created a modern interior in gray-beige tones with a predominance of wood, stone, and other natural materials. Farmhouse elements were also not forgotten: buckets as sinks, clay pots, and woolen items. The interior looks so stylish that the surrounding rural area stands out from the usual image, but you can and should make everything in the countryside with taste!
