Christmas in Summer: Festive Atmosphere in a Beach Cottage in Australia
The town of Terralong is located in Australia, on the shores of the Tasman Sea. When in Europe and America, people celebrate snowy Christmas — here, people walk in shorts and enjoy the summer. However, Australians still can't do without Christmas decorations. Owners of this snow-white cottage varied milky tones with contrasting black and pastel shades. The decoration was chosen as minimalistic as possible: paper garlands, origami, simple Christmas ornaments and bouquets of eucalyptus and eucalyptus branches. Most of the decorations were made by hand with children. If you remove the Christmas tree, it's hard to recognize Christmas motifs in the interior — so simple and stylish everything is. Australians usually celebrate Christmas and New Year on the beach: they make barbecues and build sand snowmen. Such is the Christmas mood!
