The JY Residence, designed by architects Studio Arthur Casas, is located in São Paulo, Brazil. The manor house of 1,127.45 square meters belongs to a family with two adult children.
Three bedrooms with bathrooms and walk-in closets are planned on the upper floor of the manor. The parents' master bedroom has its own office that can be used as a secluded relaxation room. The upper floor also includes a gym and a playroom.
The lighting design aimed to be as clean and linear as possible, primarily using indirect light, while the landscape design should incorporate existing vegetation into the manor, which also meets ecological requirements.
