Alterstudio Architecture project bureau presented a private house with an area of 278 square meters in Austin, USA. The modern residence calmly blends with a series of eclectic bungalows and embraces the beautiful oak tree as an inseparable part of itself.
The basement level of the house includes a family recreation room, gym, and technical rooms. On the first floor, there is an open-plan living room, dining area, and kitchen, which are adjacent to a pantry, media room, guest bedroom, and bathroom located in the main entrance zone with a small garden. The second level accommodates two bedrooms with bathrooms and walk-in closets.
