Apartment Complex for Young Urban Residents in China

Architecture bureau GPT+ designed an apartment complex in the urban area of Suzhou, Jiangsu province, China. The project authors transformed an old house, partially removing the grille on the facade to plant greenery and trees. The inner courtyard was used to create a public relaxation area with a garden.

Additionally, a garden appeared on the roof, equipped with a viewing platform and a beach where residents can enjoy open-air barbecues and host parties. The apartments in the building are intended for long-term rental and are decorated in a modern Scandinavian style, taking into account the needs of young urban dwellers.
