Amazing Hotel on a Remote Island in Scotland

Secluded Eilean Shona Hotel is located on one of the Scottish islands and was literally created to help you forget about the hustle and worries of modern life. With just 12 rooms scattered across several cottages on a large property, the hotel has everything needed for a comfortable getaway. Notably, behind its traditional Scottish stone facade lies a vibrant and distinctive interior.

The dining room wall was painted by artist Fred Pollack, whose chosen color palette set the tone for the entire house. Orange, yellow and pink walls and ceilings echo the equally vibrant furniture and Moroccan textiles. All of this looks very unusual against the harsh yet mesmerizing natural surroundings!
