Today's story is about a house with soul. This traditional Scandinavian cottage with a red facade is lost somewhere in the Swedish countryside, deep in the forest near a lake. Interestingly, the house was built in the 17th century and originally served as a favorite summer residence for a noble family. The current owners have lived here for over 30 years and poured their heart into decorating the interiors — it's felt from the very first photograph. When you step inside, time seems to have stopped: vintage family relics, antique furniture and accessories, cozy nooks and an incredibly cozy atmosphere that permeates every square centimeter. All these worn details and imperfections only add to the unique charm of the interiors. A wonderful place!
