House for Relaxation in Peru
House for Relaxation in Peru
Project bureau Marsino Arquitectura presented a stunning residence in the province of Caneete, Peru. The 303 square meter house was designed as a second home for relaxation and gatherings to the south of Lima. Built according to local standards on a small, semi-isolated plot in the middle of an artificial oasis, the house features a main floor, basement level, and a rooftop terrace to enjoy the sun, space, vegetation, and views of the coastal foothills of the Andes.
The massive spiral staircase serves as the main element in the calm interior, contrasting with iron columns and beams, as well as lightweight concrete slabs.
