This modern townhouse with living spaces was recently designed by David Howell Design. The contemporary apartment is located in a stylish neighborhood of Chelsea (New York). The renovated five-story townhouse features bold, refined, and modern interior design. The color palette is quite wide — from bright and playful colors in children's rooms, to soft, rich tones in bedrooms and formal tones in the dining room. Interiors reflect the client's taste for adventure. Lighting has become one of the most important elements of the design; rich antique fixtures and attractive wall sconces are hung throughout the home.
